Rodeway Inn Pensacola - University Area

I was very pleased for the price!! All the spots around this area were asking $100+ a night, and this hotel can't be beat on the pricing!! The ONLY negative thing I have to say is about the bathroom.. the caulking in the shower was molded (which is normal for a shower and it was very minimal) and the drain needs to be snaked (so water won't pool up in the shower).. other than the bathroom concern, everything's was awesome! Staff was SUPER respectful of my privacy and it is easily accessible to major highways! Thank you for giving me and my daughter a safe place to relax and sleep!

The stay was pleasant! The young girl behind the desk was so helpful, awesome, sweet and amazing! The staff was super friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds was very clean as well. Not very comfortable but very clean. Will definitely stay again and hopefully they’ll have more comfortable beds.

My mom and I stayed here a couple of months back and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we'd both highly recommend anyone to stay here, as well as we will be staying here again if we visit Pensacola in the future. Also conveniently located right off of I10 and easy to find.

We stayed for a long weekend away. the room was spacious and comfortable and the common areas were clean and well kept. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool. Being able to relax in the evenings and listen to a book was really wonderful. We booked a suite and I loved that I had a designated desk area to get some work done, and a couch for seating. But the cherry on top was the staff! The general Manager, Boni, checked us in when we arrived and he was amazing. He explained the services and was so friendly. He took the time to come up and help us right away when we had trouble with the TV (previous guests had unplugged something) and showed me pictures of their planned remodel. Nae was the staff agent on duty in the evenings and she was just as lovely! She was friendly and helpful. Greeted us with a smile and was genuinely kind. We will definitely be staying here again!

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and I appreciated the thoughtful details that made the space feel both luxurious and cozy. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job each day. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well-maintained and easy to access. Whether relaxing in the common areas or enjoying the facilities, I always felt at ease. The location was also ideal — convenient, yet peaceful. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, stress-free experience!

Beds too soft for personal preference. Friendly desk staff. Accessible room had walk in shower. Basic continental breakfast 6:30-9:00am. Microwave and refrigerator. Satisfactory for the price.

I had an exceptional experience at the Rodeway Inn on Davis Highway in Pensacola, and the standout was truly the customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nae, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Nae was professional, kind, and genuinely attentive—something you don’t always see, especially at a budget-friendly hotel. She took the time to help us with everything we needed, answered questions thoroughly, and made us feel welcome rather than rushed. That level of care made a noticeable difference in our stay. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and overall it was a great value—but the service is what really set this place apart. If you’re staying here, you’re in good hands with Nae at the front desk. Customer service like that deserves recognition.

Checked in after driving 500 miles and was exhausted. Found that the bottle of wine I brought had a cork and I had no corkscrew. Robert at the front desk dug around until he found one and brought it to the room. He’s the BEST. Great service.
